Do you now have, or have you ever had, NRC enforcement action, or pending enforcement action, against you? *

Do you have at 5 years supervisory experience and at least 10 years of engineering experience in the nuclear and/or radiopharmaceutical industry, including direct involvement in facility design or major capital project delivery? *
